Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. The service
GoAlto provides software agents ("your growth team") that analyze your business and marketing channels, produce recommendations and reports, and — where you have connected the necessary services — execute changes you approve. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
2. Your approval governs execution
The platform is designed so that no externally visible action (publishing content, changing ad settings, sending messages) occurs without an approval recorded from your account. You are responsible for the approvals you grant, including any auto-approval rules you choose to enable, and for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Connect only accounts and properties you own or are authorized to manage.
- Don't use GoAlto to send spam, violate platform policies of connected services, infringe others' rights, or break the law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed per agent on the period you choose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), at the prices published on our pricing page, plus any one-time setup fee shown before activation. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time from billing settings; paid periods run to their end and are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
We report results with evidence, attribution classes, and confidence labels — and we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Recommendations are informed judgments, not certainties, and markets move.
6. Your data and content
You own your business data and the content your growth team drafts for you. You grant us the license needed to process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own the platform, its software, and its models of general marketing knowledge.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAlto's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (billing obligations, liability limits, data provisions) survive.
9. Changes and contact
We'll notify you of material changes to these terms before they take effect. Questions? Contact hello@goalto.com.
