Who we are

GoAlto ("we", "us") provides an AI growth team for businesses: software agents that analyze your business and marketing channels and prepare recommendations that execute only with your approval. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and the GoAlto platform.

Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), and organization details you provide at signup.
• Business profile data — information you give your growth team to work with: website URL, industry, services, competitors, goals.
• Connected service data — when you connect integrations (for example Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, or your CMS), we access the data those services expose, strictly to perform the work you activated. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and can be disconnected by you at any time.
• Usage and billing data — actions taken in the product (kept in an audit log you can review) and subscription records. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.

How we use data

• To run your growth team: analyses, recommendations, and reports you request.
• To send transactional email (verification, receipts, your Weekly Growth P&L).
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use one customer's business data to benefit another customer. Every record in our systems is scoped to your organization.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate GoAlto (hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery), each bound by their own data protection obligations, and where required by law. Nothing your agents draft is published or sent anywhere without your explicit approval.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal or billing purposes. You can request deletion at any time at privacy@goalto.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@goalto.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies required to keep you signed in and to secure the service. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the product or by email before the change takes effect — no silent updates.
